Al Whitmoor-Pryer is the leader of Kingdom Biz and Al Gibson is a local business person who has been through the Preparation For Business Course.
Rediscover Business Conference 2025
It’s not every day you get to gather with like-minded people who truly believe that church and business go hand in hand. At Kingdom Business, we believe your business can be an adventure with God, resourcing the Kingdom and impacting entire communities. This September, you’re invited to step into that vision.
As Al Whitmoor-Pryer says: “I love living in the spirit of expectation, I love business, I’m a passionate businessman, and I just want to have a reach out for you guys with this conference.
“We’ve got Steve Pailthorpe speaking at the conference. He’s part of the Global Top 100 CEOs across Europe. He’s won business awards three years running. An amazing man of God, he’s also a pastor with a real prophetic edge.
“We’ve also got Rachel and Gordon Hickson, and a lot of people think that Rachel and Gordon just speak on the prophetic. Wow., you want to see Rachel and Gordon in business. These guys are top quality. I mean, they are movers and shakers.
“Then we’ve got the number one top quality ACTIONCoach, our very own Andrew De Groot“.
“We are expecting a good number. On the 12th of September there is going to be a Cheese and Wine at Brown’s Brasserie just down the road, an evening do where we just network with each other and then the all-day conference on Saturday 13th. But do come.”

KingdomBiz Hub – calling a generation with dreams and visions
This isn’t just for the seasoned business owner – it’s for anyone with a dream that hasn’t yet come to pass:
““So what we want to do is I want to reach out to the young adults as well. Some of you guys have got dreams and visions and they’ve never come to pass. And some of you thinking about doing business, we would love to invite you to come on to the Business Hub every Tuesday evening.
“Every week, the KingdomBiz Hub gathers on Zoom from 8:15 to 9 pm: We have speakers. We have times when we pray over each other, prophesy over each other, look at what’s going on in the dynamics of the world, the marketplace. It’s an exciting, changing time.
“Some people struggle within the marketplace but I want to tell you that we’re not serving a bankrupt heaven. God wants to bless each one of us. And if you’ve got a passion for business, you want to live well and give well, I would say to you, sign up for this business conference, because we’d love to see as many of you come as possible.”
A story of faith and business
Al Gibson shares his own journey to the congregation at Rediscover Church:
“I just want to ask you a question today. What would you do if you knew you would never fail? God wants to raise up Kingdom enterprises, businesses. We’ve got tremendous creativity in this church.
We’ve got excellent business minds. So what would you do? What is God challenging you to do?
“I worked in corporate communications for a large charity for 18 years, and I felt God releasing me to business. So I signed up for the Preparation for Business Course with Al and Heather Whitmoor-Pryer. It was January 2020. Anybody remember 2020? I went to the course and I came back from that course and I just felt led to register a limited company and I did it – Countdown Creative.
Then Lockdown came. It’s very difficult to start a business in a pandemic but through the support of Kingdom Business and the leadership and the vision, I was able to do it. The Word says ‘write the vision, make it plain, put it on tablets so that people can see it.’ It sounds a bit like a business plan.
“If you’ve got a business mind, this is what KingdomBiz can teach you, to create a business plan. Five years later, I’ve got a business that is now sustainable and it’s because of this community.
It’s because of Al and Heather’s leadership. People like Andrew De Groot have come alongside me and Helen Lami. And it’s not just for men. We’ve got a lot of women on the group and Helen should be here today but she’s busy with her Academic Summer Camps.
We’d love to see as many of you on the hub as possible. It’s not just for people who are in business. It’s for anybody who’s got a vision or a dream or an employee that wants to be part of a group with like-minded people. And people that are older that have tremendous abilities to mentor are also very welcome.”

Preparation for Business Course
“We’re just getting the Preparation for Business Course translated into different languages,” Al Whitmoor-Pryer continues, “And, we’re trying to get it accredited. We will be running this training again very soon.
“We’re also involved with a wonderful charity called World of Worth, where we take women who have been rescued out of the sex trafficked trades… teaching them business and life skills. I love this ministry. It’s amazing when you see a woman come up to you who’s been on the business training course and say, ‘I’ve done it, I’ve got a business, I’ve got an income. I’ve been able to help other women in the village’.
“This is the vision of Kingdom: taking out of the supernatural and bring it into the natural.”
Be part of it!
If you believe in expectation, live in expectation. It’s so exciting and we hope to see you soon.
