Dr Ysanne Marville is a Senior Educational Psychologist at Somerset County Council and a key member of the doctoral training team at the University of Exeter’s School of Education, within the DEdPsych programme in Educational, Child and Community Psychology. With a deep commitment to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people, Dr Marville brings a wealth of experience in psychological practice across education and community settings. Helen Azer is a director of Heartcry Ministries and an ordained minister in the Church of England with a passion for cross-cultural ministry and global mission. Born in England and raised in Egypt, Helen carries a rich heritage that has shaped her heart for the nations. Educated at Christ Church College, Oxford, where she studied History and German, Helen later trained for ministry at Wycliffe Hall. Since her ordination in 2004, she has ministered both locally and internationally, serving churches, leading retreats and speaking at conferences. Her deep love for God’s Word and her ability to connect with people across cultures has made her a trusted voice in equipping and encouraging others in their faith and calling.

Mike de Vetter is a passionate church leader, creative communicator and digital creator with a heart for people and a deep love for Jesus. Now serving on the team at Rediscover Church in Exeter, Mike previously led Elim churches in Whangarei and Tauranga, New Zealand, bringing vision, energy and a strong pastoral heart to each role. With a background in children’s ministry and a gift for storytelling, he also writes children’s books and creates art that inspires and encourages. Originally from Whangarei, Mike carries a warmth and relatability that makes him a natural connector, whether preaching, pastoring or sharing his creativity online.
