Mark Pugh and Mike De Vetter are the visionary leaders of Rediscover Church, a dynamic and growing church based in Exeter, UK. With a shared passion for seeing lives transformed, they are committed to equipping believers to live out their faith boldly in both church and the marketplace.

Mark is a gifted communicator and strategic leader, dedicated to fostering a vibrant church community that reaches beyond its walls to impact the city and beyond. He is the Apostolic Lead and Lead Pastor of Rediscover Church and the General Superintendent of the Elim Movement. Mark is married to Nita and they often minister together both nationally and internationally.

Mike who is originally from New Zealand brings a wealth of experience in ministry and leadership, inspiring people to step into their God-given calling. Mike is the Ministry Lead and Associate Pastor of Rediscover Church along with his wife Amy.

Both Mark and MIke have championed various Kingdom-minded initiatives, including supporting this event which recognises the vital role of business in shaping culture and transforming communities. Their heart is to see churches and businesses working together to create lasting impact for God’s Kingdom.
