Andrew De Groot is the Managing Director of ActionCOACH Exeter, dedicated to empowering businesses across Devon and Cornwall. A Chartered Accountant by background, Andrew built a successful career in global banking, holding senior leadership roles at NatWest and HSBC, where he led operations across 40 countries.

In 2021, he transitioned to business coaching, acquiring the ActionCOACH franchise in the Southwest to help entrepreneurs achieve sustainable growth. His coaching approach blends corporate expertise with ActionCOACH’s proven methodologies, ensuring businesses see measurable success.

Passionate about financial empowerment, Andrew has set a bold goal to mentor 25 individuals to become millionaires within five years. His work is centred on fostering a thriving business community, supporting leaders to think strategically and scale effectively.
